Consumer Data/Privacy Policy

iSolutions respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This document describes iSolutions Consumer Data Privacy Policy, that is, how we protect your privacy and treat your data when you submit personal information to us.
The iSolutions online order form consists of a number of fields that you are asked to fill in. Your information will not be shown to third parties not involved in the transaction, nor used to send you any unsolicited information.

If you want to pay with a credit card, you have to give the following information:

→ Credit card verification
→ Credit card number
→ Expiry date of credit card
→ Full name

The credit card information is sent directly to our payment provider (Eway) using a secure 128 bit SSL connection who processes your order. The credit card information is neither recorded nor stored by iSolutions or Eway, and it can only be accessed by our payment provider.

Returns

We are happy to credit or exchange any unopened goods within 14 days, provided we receive the goods in original condition. Returns will be approved at our discretion and all postage costs are to be incurred by the customer. If the disc is damaged upon receipt, we will be unable to accept the goods and they will be returned to you.

Please email us with notification of the items and reason for the return and we will respond with instructions on how to proceed. Should you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us via email support@isipl.com with your specific problem and we'll get back to you promptly.

Delivery Policy

Delivery cost is included in purchase price

Software will be dispatched within 5 working days and delivered via Australia registered Post. If you would like your software delivered by courier please contact us to discuss.
