Analyzer Analyzer continually forecasts the life cycle cost of your equipment based upon current performance and compares this to the budget. Understanding the future impact of your current maintenance performance helps you to change course to early and avoid cost overruns. AMT creates a projection of future maintenance costs and updates this projection as actual maintenance costs and component lives are known. One of the key concepts in AMT is that of PCV or 'Projected Cost Variance;. AMT projects the end of life or end of contract position for all assets at any point in time based on the latest understanding of maintenance strategy and actual costs.

Strategy Optimizer AMT strategy optimizer helps you to understand component performance and adjust your maintenance strategy to achieve the lowest life cycle cost for your equipment. By regularly reviewing your equipment strategy using the tools in AMT you can slash 10-15% of your overall maintenance budget. AMT's life cycle cost engine analyzes costs at the component level and can be integrated with ERP maintenance plans.

System Interfaces
The modular construction and flexible interfaces allows organisations to configure AMT to fit with their existing systems. Only the required modules need be installed. iSolutions has successfully interfaced with many ERP and financial systems including SAP, Ellipse, DBS, Maximo, Modular Mining and proprietary in-house systems.

Standard Jobs Standard Jobs are pre-defined maintenance tasks that contain the parts lists, labour hours by trade and lists of other resources required to complete a maintenance task. The Standard Job also contains an estimate of the cost required to perform the maintenance task. The Standard Job Module in AMT greatly reduces the adminsitration overhead for common tasks.

Equipment History
AMT uses work orders and maintenance task records to track equipment history such as component life and cost, job details and down time per task. A suite of reports allow you to review and analyse this history to improve equipment performance.

Equipment Usage Tracking
AMT defines a 'usage profile' to estimate the usage of assets over time. The usage profile allows AMT to continue to schedule tasks even in the absense of usage readings. When actual usage readings are entered, the schedule is updated based on this new information.

Task Planning and Scheduling
AMT contains a full planning and scheduling module linked to the equipment's lifecycle strategy. The planning module allows you to build full job folders detailing the required parts, labour, materials, tools and other resources required to complete a job. Standard jobs can be defined to estimate costs and resources and job instructions stored in the AMT library are automatically called into the job folder to save time and improve job quality.

Document Library The library houses job instructions, job hazard analysis, drawings, photos and other maintenance related documents to be used to complete job folders and record maintenance history.
